Eastown Thr/Detroit MI to be demolished by the City

A sad ending for the storied Eastown Theater in Detroit.

THS VP MIKE HAUSER writes:
The Eastown was a delightful surprise for those who attended the 1995 THS
Conclave.  The theatre at that time, aside from some minor plaster damage, was
in great shape. The management at that time, even provided us with food and
beverage.
