Fountain Square Theatre

The Fountain Square might be called a theatre rediscovered. After being converted to a Woolworth in the 1950s, much of the original decor was lost. However, due to a dedicated owner, the theatre has been restored to function as a hall specializing in dance, with new ornament in place of the lost. The owner also recreated two sets of duckpin bowling lanes, creating a unique attraction to this vibrant neighborhood. The Fountain Square shows that character counts.
