CEDAR CITY – Built in 1914 by Howard M. Thorley but closed since 2005, the movie theater on Main Street in Cedar City will soon see new life when it reopens as the Cedar City Theatre this spring.  The theater’s new owners, brothers Kyle and Kolby Pulsipher, along with friends and family members, lit the theater’s marquee on Saturday during an announcement to the community that the theater would reopen this spring. . .
