Officials explain Senator plan withdrawal

After Towson University abruptly withdrew its proposal to operate Baltimore’s historic Senator Theatre last Wednesday, some were left wondering what went wrong.

    I was stunned to hear the news of TU withdrawing it’s proposal, but certainly not shocked. Soon as I got work that Bob Embry met with TU, about a week or so prior, I knew that within the following week or two, we would all hear the public announcement that WTMD/TU was pulling it’s RFP for The Senator.
