WARE – Town Manager Mary T. Tzambazakis said two Boston-based engineers who inspected the Casino Theater on Friday will deliver their report, which could determine the future of the building, in about four weeks.
The engineers from CBI Consulting Inc., hired by the town at a cost of $4,900, spent more than an hour looking at the building, with Tzambazakis, a police officer, the fire chief and deputy fire chief, several firefighters and the building inspector participating at different times.
Tzambazakis said that there was nothing found during the inspection that requires immediate action. The building is already closed and fenced off for the safety of the public.
