Condition: It is in fair condition with damage to its front cover and spine. While it’s spine is in rough shape and separating from its bindings, all pages are intact and can be opened without worry. The cover and back have seen a lot of wear due to its age, but the detail is still visible. Inside, the pages are tight; however, yellowing due to age. There is also some water damage to the last 25-30 pages, but it does not hinder the legibility of the text.
