Subj: REMINDER – THSA lunch orders due!

Just a reminder, if you would still like to order lunches for Wednesday, Friday and the Sunday Afterglow of our 2010 Hoosier Heartland Conclave, I need to receive your reservation by June 11! Simply reply to this e-mail with your choices to reserve your meals – if we don’t hear back from you, we’ll assume that you’re taking care of your own food. But we think you’ll enjoy the menus we’ve set up – all the tasty information is listed below. Thanks, and we look forward to seeing you in Indianapolis!

Dear Friends –

The 2010 Hoosier Heartland Conclave is fast approaching! As you are about to learn, there is more than corn in Indiana!

However, sometimes there are not a lot of restaurants. We’re going to be rolling through some of the prettiest farmland and most charming small towns you’ve ever seen, and touring some real architectural and historical gems. But in some areas of Indiana and western Illinois it’s going to be very difficult for you to find lunch, either due to the availability of restaurants or the time constraints under which we’re operating. With that in mind, we have pre-arranged some meals for your convenience. If you would like to participate, all you need to do is reply to me with your meal choices and bring a check for your payment to the registration desk in Indianapolis.

Again, these are optional choices. Danville is a very small town and there are only a handful of places within walking distance of the Fisher. Friday is our longest day and we will not be making a prolonged stop in Goshen for you to get lunch. So if you choose not to participate, I would strongly recommend researching these towns in advance and/or bringing your own lunch with you from Indianapolis.

Please see below for what should be some truly delicious meal options. If you are registered for the Afterglow on Sunday, June 27, you can also choose your lunch option below. Please respond no later than Friday, June 11 – if we don’t hear back from you, we’ll assume you’re making your own arrangements!

Thanks, and we’re looking forward to seeing you back in the heartland in 2010!
