History of the Tivoli Theatre and Building
Learn how Classic Cinemas started 32 years ago with the Tivoli, our first theatre, from owner Willis Johnson.
See how films are put together on our platter system plus our newest digital and 3D equipment.
Wurlitzer Pipe Organ
Hear the 3 manual 10 rank organ demonstrated by one of our house organist. The organ is owned and maintained by CATOE (Chicago Area Theatre Organ Enthusiasts).
See what is behind the screen. The Tivoli Stage Crew will give you an “All Access Pass” to the technical workings of live theatre.
Visit the rooms below the stage where our performers prepare for their moment in the spotlight.
Travel thru the lower level of the building thru our “secret passage”, into our bowling center. On the way you will see the pinsetters in action. Tivoli Bowl has twelve lanes with computerized scoring, automatic bumpers and party rooms.
