You can do it automatically each time you make a reservation by entering the ID number into your stored personal reservation preferences (under “My Business ExtrAA Information”). If you make your reservations online through www.aa.com, enter the THS Business ExtrAA ID number 791374 in the “Promo Codes and Accounts” section of “Passenger Details.” If you make reservations by phone directly with American Airlines, American Eagle, or AmericanConnection, call the special Meeting Services reservations number, 800-433-1790, in the U.S. and Canada.
