What you might not know about DENNIS JAMES

So many of us know of DENNIS JAMES’ extensive talent as an organist and have enjoyed his entertaining renditions on the theater organ.  BUT! I just found out that Dennis also plays a most unique instrument known as the “armonica”, a glass cylinder that produces ethereal sounds in trained hands.  And Dennis James is one of only TWO people in the US who can bring this instrument to life!

Those of us in Upstate NY will have a rare opportunity to hear him in concert at, naturally, the Corning Museum of Glass on THURS JUNE 23 at 6:00 PM.  If you are anywhere near the Southern Tier you owe it to yourself to see this for yourself.

I can’t find a website or a comprehensive schedule for Mr. James’ concerts. Is there such a thing? I can’t believe he doesn’t have a web site.
